For just over a dollar a day, we would like to offer you peace of mind and a customizable service.
Rates are $40 per month

■	Noise complaints
■	Other unforeseen issues

■	Proper breakers & appliances turned off
■	Timer lights working properly
■	Unlocked doors or windows
■	Forced entry or burglary
■	Water leaks or propane leaks

Short Term Rental Services:
If you rent your property, I can meet the intent of the Tillamook County Board of Commissioners Ordinance #69 by being your "20 minute" management response person. I will resolve noise complaints, parking complaints, blocked emergency vehicle access complaints, garbage complaints, disturbance complaints and any other unforeseen disruptions. As you are aware, this protects your interests, the quality of life within the neighborhood and also provides you peace of mind. Rates are $20 per month (to be on-call 24/7). If I am called as your 20 minute management response person, the rate is $50 per incident. This Includes phone calls from either you or the complainant neighbor. This also includes physical contact with the complainant; contact with the renters and conflict resolution. If necessary, this also includes contact with law enforcement, preparation of reports and any documents or testimony before Tillamook County. You will be continually updated on any and all 20 minute management response call-outs for your short term rental. You have the choice of direct phone contact, email or text messaging from Cabin-Cop.

■	Open home for service calls
■	Check refrigerator and freezer
■	Other unforeseen issues (lost keys, etc.)

■	Security
■	Unauthorized parking
■	Unauthorized persons
■	Storm damage or vandalism
■	Open doors or windows
